About Us: We are a diverse, social, and vibrant team based in the heart of Leeds City Centre. Our working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, aligning with our customer time zones to build on our success in solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services to customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Conduct price negotiations with distributors.
- Pricing and Quotations: Assist in preparing requests for quotations (RFQs) and proposals for customers.
- CRM Management: Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to input and maintain customer data, track leads, and record sales activities.
- Additional Relevant Activities: Perform other tasks that support the team in driving sales.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide OEM support for IT products and services.
- Provide direct support to the Account Managers.
- Build and maintain face-to-face relationships.
- Engage in networking activities.
