Based in our Sheffield office, we are looking for an IT Support Apprentice to join our team. This role is integral to providing first‑class technical support to our clients, ensuring optimal performance of VoIP and IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background predominantly in VoIP, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
