We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Technician Apprentice to join our close-knit, friendly team! Agency Pilot CRM are a software company based in Chapeltown, Sheffield. Our feature product is a comprehensive client relationship management (CRM) system used predominantly by commercial property professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing outstanding service, while making a direct contribution to APCRM’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support: Communicate and provide support to our client base across the UK. Our support desk provides real-time help to over 3,500 users.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other members of the team to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. A whole-team approach to product development makes this a stimulating and dynamic team to be a part of, offering plenty of opportunities to grow, learn, and develop.
  • Customer success: Customer success is a key part of our business, maintaining strong relationships with customers and retaining loyalty by suggesting fresh new ways to keep users engaged with Agency Pilot CRM.

Required skills:

  • Natural problem solver to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • A personable and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for a range of audiences, from support staff to business owners.
  • Highly organised, proactive and focused, with an excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion to learn new technical and non-technical skills.
  • Team player, communication with the team, knowledge-sharing, and working fluidly as a team component to enhance the overall customer experience.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
  • You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
  • If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
