As an apprentice at Clinical Partners, you will primarily assist internal users, helping them maximise the use of various digital systems and software, including MS365 applications, to enhance organisational efficiency and operations.
A significant part of your role will involve diagnosing and resolving any challenges these users face with their digital tools to ensure smooth operations.
Your apprenticeship will be a journey of learning and development, where you will acquire hands‑on experience in IT support, focusing on the needs of internal users.
You will be encouraged to stay abreast of the latest digital solutions and best practices, participating in continuous learning activities.
As part of your role, you will also contribute to the development and improvement of digital support processes and documentation, enhancing the overall digital support framework at Clinical Partners.
This apprenticeship provides a foundational platform for future career progression within the digital support and IT field.
Post‑apprenticeship, opportunities to advance to higher roles within the IT Services team or specialise in areas such as Cyber Security.

Responsibilities
- Acquire and apply foundational knowledge in digital technologies and IT support.
- Assist users with Clinical Partners digital systems, including MS365 applications, under supervision, learning effective customer service skills in IT.
- Engage in continuous learning activities, including workshops and training sessions.
- Contribute to digital service improvement and knowledge base documentation.
- Support the adaptation and exploitation of technology changes to meet organisational objectives.
- Ensure efficient use of digital office technologies, productivity software, and digital communications tools.
- Provide support to customers and clients through various digital channels.
- Assist internal users in maximising the use of digital technologies.
- Support user incidents and requests remotely to help diagnose and resolve their digital tool access and usage problems.

- Entry requirements
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A‑C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
