Responsibilities:
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to end‑users, including client systems, VOIP phones, smartphones, tablets, printers, and other computer hardware.
- Help manage incidents and service requests using the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Support the maintenance of the asset tracking system.
- Take part in project work, such as software and hardware refresh programmes.
- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting iOS devices.
- Support software vulnerability management to keep systems secure.
- Occasionally travel to other UK sites to provide IT support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Nat 5 or equivalent in English, Maths and IT (preferable).
- Strong interest in technology.
- Self‑starter with willingness to learn.
- Good team player and able to use own initiative.
- Good problem determination skills.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- UK driving licence and own vehicle, preferred due to location.
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 6pm
