This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your marketing career in a fast-growing digital marketing business. As a Marketing Apprentice at Digi Reach, you'll play a hands‑on role in bringing commercial deals to life, from initial concept right through to live campaigns featured on major platforms including Santander, John Lewis, and other leading consumer benefit sites. You won't just be watching from the sidelines. From day one, you'll take real ownership of your work and develop a broad, practical skill set across the full marketing mix.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage deals from concept to launch
  • Write compelling marketing copy for a range of platforms and audiences
  • Source, create and edit images and visual assets to support campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to learn and continuously improve
  • Support the end‑to‑end production of digital marketing content across affiliate and partner platforms
  • Contribute ideas and take ownership of projects in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

About you:

  • A creative thinker with a keen interest in digital marketing and communications
  • Organised, proactive and eager to take initiative
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Curious about AI tools and open to testing new ways of working
  • No prior experience required, just enthusiasm, drive and a willingness to learn

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to UK qualifications.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
