As a Digital Customer Support Apprentice for the Inside Sales team, you will be the first point of contact for requests via inbound calls and inbox management. You will perform back-office functions and be responsible for tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes. You will provide vital support to Account Managers by managing incoming requests and navigating to the appropriate individual.
Duties:
- Providing helpdesk support by responding to ticket requests from internal and external colleagues and partners via incoming calls and Outlook, prioritising requests and managing escalations through customer and partner engagement.
- Becoming a user expert in CRM, creating and managing quotations for customers.
- Collaborating with colleagues using Teams to provide business updates on account opportunities, advising on revenue, close dates, and overseeing the sales cycle process.
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel to input business pipelines for account managers and preparing business reports by evaluating opportunity data from CRM.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A positive attitude toward work and studies.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and independently.
Salary: £19,500 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
