The teams offer a fast‑paced, supportive environment where apprentices can gain hands‑on experience in transport planning, fleet coordination, and day‑to‑day logistics operations, developing valuable skills for a long‑term career in the industry.

What will I be doing?

• First responder to incoming enquiries from clients and acting as first response for the office email ticketing system on Microsoft Outlook.
• Become a “superuser” on Mandata – transport management software – inputting jobs, managing routings and handling daily operations for haulage and distribution to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain and organise the digital filing system on their internal bespoke filing system.
• Booking jobs, updating customers and internal databases using TPN Connect, to ensure all information logged is up‑to‑date both internally and externally.
• Monitor tracking of vehicles and updating route plans with any changes on Mandata and TPN Connect, ensuring accurate updates and visibility to customers.
• Using Microsoft Excel to input and update data to internal spreadsheets, ensuring accurate information and efficient cross‑communication between teams and drivers.
• Act as a link with the Haulage team to process documents in a timely manner to ensure efficient workflow.

Salary: £18,000 per annum. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
