What will you be doing?

  • First point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team; triage requests and manage escalation accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in 3E, the legal practice management and CRM platform.
  • Use Worksite to create new files, enter information accurately and file daily correspondence.
  • Respond to file requests from staff and Partners.
  • Index and store older files.
  • Communicate with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook.

  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
