DBM have served the UK food industry since 1997. They are a food packaging and hygiene supplier to hundreds of food and beverage processors across the country. They work closely with leading names in several food and drink industry segments and have built a reputation on exceptional customer service and close, lasting relationships with their customers. They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Broxburn office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Process customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the sales team by preparing data, reports, and insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • Maintain and update customer and product records in Maximizer CRM.
  • Assist with invoicing and process financial transactions using Sage.
  • Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Use digital tools (Excel, Sage, Power BI, Maximizer CRM) to streamline workflows and improve customer experience.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement through digital solutions.

Salary £18,000 per annum. Working hours Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm, Friday, 9am - 4pm.
