Compliance & Management
Safeguard financial integrity across every site—embed robust policies, maintain internal controls, and lead periodic audits to ensure absolute compliance and confidence in our processes.
Team Leadership and Development
Champion financial excellence—drive best practices, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement across every hotel and the wider finance function.
We’d love it if you had a combination of the below:
- Proven experience managing finance across multiple business units or hotels.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a growing environment and keen to assist with developing the group's finance function.
- Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with hotel systems (e.g. Opera PMS / Rezlynx, Sage, Sage Intacct, or similar).
