for a Central Bookings Co-Ordinator who thrives on organisation, pace, and problem solving, someone
who enjoys turning enquiries into bookings while also spotting opportunities to
optimise capacity and drive revenue.

The Role

The Central Bookings
Co-Ordinator is responsible for
managing bookings of up to 29 guests across Lane7 Group venues while also
supporting the optimisation of venue booking diaries.

Working within
the Bookedit booking platform, this role ensures that group enquiries are
handled quickly and professionally while proactively managing booking placement
to maximise capacity, utilisation, and revenue.

In addition to
booking administration and diary optimisation, the role plays an important part
in driving revenue through upselling experiences, activities, and
packages, helping guests enhance their visit while increasing average spend per
booking.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Manage incoming group booking enquiries for
    bookings of up to 29 guests across multiple channels including website,
    phone, email, and partner platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries,
    delivering a fast and positive first impression of Lane7.
  • Identify enquiries exceeding 29
    guests and transfer them to the appropriate Corporate Sales
    Manager in line with internal processes.
  • Follow up enquiries and provisional bookings to
    maximise conversion and minimise lost opportunities.
  • Accurately input booking details
    into Bookedit, ensuring all booking information is complete and correct.
  • Proactively recommend and upsell activities,
    food and drink packages, and premium experiences to enhance the guest
    experience and increase booking value.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by
    clearly communicating available experiences, packages, and booking options.

To be a success with Lane7, you’ll have

  • The ability to work evenings and weekends, this is not a Monday to Friday 9 - 5 role.
  • Experience working in hospitality, leisure,
    reservations, events, or guest services preferred.
  • Experience using Bookedit or similar
    booking platforms.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
    with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to
    identify upselling opportunities and maximise booking value.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
    with the ability to recommend experiences and packages naturally.
  • Ability to manage multiple venue diaries and
    enquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to problem
    solving.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
