We are looking to recruit a hands-on Graphic Designer and Studio Lead with excellent design judgement, strong creative production skills and the ability to work at pace across multiple briefs. The postholder will play a central role in progressing and embedding the organisation’s rebrand, producing high-quality visual assets for digital, print and events, and ensuring design is consistent, accessible and aligned to brand standards. Working closely with Communications Officers, you will interpret briefs, deliver effective creative solutions to deadline, lead day-to-day studio workflow, and coordinate external designers and suppliers where required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants not only to deliver excellent design work, but also to help grow and shape a new in-house graphic design studio.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including knowledge of industry-standard tools and practices
- Experience in Graphics and Logo Design, with a strong portfolio of creative work
- Understanding of Branding principles and the ability to develop cohesive brand identities
- Strong skills in Typography and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field are a plus
- Experience with community-based organisations or similar sectors is advantageous
