We are recruiting for two Evening Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality home care to regular clients in the Harrogate area. These two roles will work back-to-back, ensuring full weekly coverage across a 2-week rolling rota.
You will support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, and general support to promote independence and wellbeing. Travel between clients’ homes is required. Each role follows a set 2-week rolling rota with fixed shift times of 4:00pm–11:00pm.

- Role 1 – Evening Support Worker (2-Week Rota)
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Role 2 – Evening Support Worker (Opposite pattern to Role 1 — working back-to-back to cover the full rota.)
- Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Two well-structured part-time roles
- Fixed 2-week rolling rotas
- Shifts never later than 11pm
- Supportive management and consistent client base
- Opportunities for additional hours to cover holidays where possible
- Previous experience in home care or support work
- Up-to-date mandatory/basic training (safeguarding, moving & handling, first aid, etc.)
- Ability to commit to the 2-week rota
- Willingness to assist with holiday cover
- Ability to provide two recent work references
- Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate in your approach
- Confident working independently in the community
- Kind, patient, and flexible
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Dedicated to providing high-quality care
