About The Role
You'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and preferences. Unlike many care roles, you'll regularly support the same clients, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Care Academy

Pay Rates
- £12.71 per hour for candidates with no previous care experience during the six‑month probation period.
- Increasing to £13.32 per hour following successful completion of probation.
- £13.32 per hour from the start of employment for candidates with two years or more of care experience.
Working Hours
Our services operate between 7:00am and 11:00pm, seven days a week. You'll receive set shifts on a two‑week rolling rota, providing consistency and helping you maintain a healthy work‑life balance while ensuring continuity of care.
