About the role: We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Tax Research Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in ensuring our ERP solutions fully comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements by being the go‑to expert on evolving legislation across Oracle and SAP in more than 60 countries in EMEA and APAC. What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor global tax, legal, and regulatory changes affecting our financial and HR software solutions
- Analyse and interpret legislation to provide clear guidance to Product Owners and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into software updates and releases
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of regulatory changes and their impact
- Support internal training and communication to keep teams informed of relevant developments.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in global tax, legal, or regulatory analysis, ideally within corporate or consulting environments in EMEA/APAC
- Proven ability to interpret complex legislation and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and technologies, ideally Oracle and/or SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- A proactive, independent work style with a collaborative mindset
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams is a plus.
