About the role: We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Primary Support Engineer to join our SAP practice. In this exciting role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our clients’ SAP applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions to technical challenges. You will leverage your expertise to analyse issues, recommend improvements, and execute maintenance necessary to enhance system functionality and the overall user experience. What you’ll be doing: As the SAP Primary Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide expert‑level SAP UK support across various modules like SD, FICO, HR/Payroll, WM, BW, and/or MM modules for clients across multiple industries
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise SAP modules, ensuring smooth operations for clients
- Perform root‑cause analysis of complex issues, identifying practical solutions and preventative measures
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
- Take ownership of client cases, ensuring SLAs are met without compromising quality
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience
- Stay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to client solutions.
What we’re looking for: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of hands‑on SAP experience in multiple modules such as SD, MM, HR/Payroll, WM, BW, and FICO
- Strong technical and/or functional SAP expertise, including configuration and troubleshooting

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of tackling complex challenges
