As Global Procurement Manager you’ll own procurement end‑to‑end across an international business, sitting at the heart of decision‑making. Working closely with Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership, you’ll shape how Support Revolution negotiates, contracts, renews and spends on a global scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end‑to‑end global procurement: sourcing, negotiation, renewals, and contracts
- Lead high‑value commercial negotiations with global suppliers
- Act as the gatekeeper for contracts, pricing, and supplier commitments
- Partner with Finance on cost control, forecasting and savings delivery
- Build and manage a global preferred supplier framework
- Drive governance, risk management and compliance across suppliers
- Bring visibility, reporting and insight to procurement spend
- Be the go‑to commercial voice on supplier decisions
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in procurement, vendor management or commercial roles
- Loves negotiation and isn’t afraid to push back (professionally!)
- Comfortable operating across countries, currencies and cultures
- Thinks commercially, not administratively
- Enjoys building structure in a fast‑growth environment
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and suppliers alike
- Bonus points if you have experience in tech, SaaS, professional services or global businesses
