As Procurement & Supplier Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting procurement activity across a fast-growing international business. Working closely with Finance, Operations and Senior Leadership, you’ll help coordinate how Support Revolution negotiates, contracts, renews and manages supplier spend globally. You’ll support supplier negotiations, help protect the business commercially, identify savings opportunities, and contribute to building scalable procurement processes as we continue to grow. What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate end-to-end global procurement activity including sourcing, renewals and contracts
- Support commercial negotiations with global suppliers
- Manage contract documentation, pricing records and supplier commitments
- Partner with Finance on cost tracking, forecasting, and savings delivery
- Build and manage a global preferred supplier framework
- Support governance, risk management and supplier compliance processes
- Bring visibility, reporting, and insight to procurement spend
- Act as a key point of contact for supplier related queries across the business
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who:
- Has solid experience in procurement, vendor management, purchasing, or commercial support roles
- Loves negotiation and isn’t afraid to push back (professionally!)
- Is comfortable operating across countries, currencies, and cultures
- Is organised and detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
- Communicates confidently with internal teams and external suppliers
