About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Global Tax, Legal and Regulatory Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key player in ensuring our solutions fully comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements by being the go-to expert on evolving legislation across more than 60 countries in EMEA and APAC.

What you’ll be doing:
As the driving force behind our compliance efforts, you will:
- Monitor global tax, legal, and regulatory changes affecting our financial and HR software solutions
- Analyse and interpret legislation to provide clear guidance to Product Owners and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into software updates and releases
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of regulatory changes and their impact
- Support internal training and communication to keep teams informed of relevant developments
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in global tax, legal, or regulatory analysis, ideally within corporate or consulting environments in EMEA/APAC
- Proven ability to interpret complex legislation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, independent work style with a collaborative mindset
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams is a plus.
