Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager responsible for developing and expanding new enterprise and corporate accounts in targeted regions and segments. The Enterprise Sales Manager also maintains the quality, efficiency, and integrity of Supermicro’s sales process through various means of marketing activities and working with cross-functional teams – including Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Approach, build and drive SMC sales, influence and brand adoption within Media & Entertainment enterprise customers in the UK&I in combination with other sales and technical resources either in a direct sell to or thru a sell thru business relationship.
  • Achieve the highest customer excellence with current customers and identifying potential new customers within the given vertical segment and country.
  • Continuously develop new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
  • Meet assigned team and individual revenue billings quota and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • Strong team player.
  • Prior experience selling datacenter technology into the M&E vertical segment is highly desired.
  • Strong executive & decision maker network within assigned vertical is highly desired.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native / Professional fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
