Be the person who makes things happen – driving smarter operations, stronger processes and brilliant execution across our global business.

About the role:

We're looking for a brilliant Business Operations Manager to sit at the heart of Support Revolution's Operations team and help keep the engine behind our global business running brilliantly. Reporting to and working closely with our COO, you'll have a varied and influential role spanning Procurement, IT Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, business improvement, governance and projects. You'll lead our Procurement and IT Operations activities, while working alongside our HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide operational oversight and support. It's broad. It's busy. It's hands-on. And if you love getting things done, you'll love it. This is a full-time, fully remote UK position.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop our Procurement and IT Operations
  • Provide operational oversight and support across HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Manage key suppliers, contracts, renewals and operational spend
  • Drive operational projects and improvements from idea to delivery
  • Build smarter, simpler and more scalable ways of working
  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, budgets and operational performance
  • Support operational governance, compliance and ISO standards
  • Spot opportunities to improve our systems, automation and workflows
  • Bring teams together to solve cross-functional challenges
  • Support managers, drive accountability, and keep priorities moving
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to the COO, providing support, insight and follow-through on key business priorities.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an operator and a doer. Someone who can see the bigger picture but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, get into the detail and make things happen. You'll be naturally organised, commercially minded, curious and confident working across different areas of a business. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in Business Operations, Operations Management or a similar cross-functional role
  • Experience managing people, projects and competing priorities
  • Strong supplier and commercial management skills
  • Experience improving business processes and ways of working
  • Confidence working with budgets, KPIs and operational data
  • Strong project-management skills
  • Great stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • A genuine ownership mentality.

Experience across Procurement, IT Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, governance or ISO environments would be a big advantage - but we're not expecting you to be a specialist in everything. We're looking for someone who knows how to ask the right questions, bring the right people together and get it done. If your natural response to a challenge is "leave it with me" - we want to hear from you.

Interview process:

Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

  • Screening Call – A friendly chat with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you and discuss the role
  • Hiring Manager Interview – Your chance to showcase your skills, experience, and ask us any questions about the role and team
  • Team Interview – Get to meet with other team members, dive into the exciting projects you’ll be working on, and experience the collaborative energy that drives our success!
  • Final HR Interview – A deeper conversation to understand your values, ensure a great cultural fit, and discuss the next steps.

Benefits and perks:

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Competitive Salary: We value your hard work with a competitive package to be discussed from the very first conversation
  • Generous Annual Leave: Take plenty of time to recharge with 33 days holiday, including bank holidays, and more as you grow with us
  • Annual Leave Purchase Scheme: Need more time to relax? Purchase up to 5 additional days leave per annum
  • Birthday Leave: Your birthday is yours – take the day off and enjoy it your way
  • Length of Service Rewards: Enjoy rewards like bonuses, extra leave, and paid sabbaticals for your dedication
  • Company Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our Company pension scheme
  • Perkbox Perks: Treat yourself with discounts, cashback, and wellness benefits
  • Fully Remote Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working 100% remotely, from wherever you are in the UK - no office required!
  • Employee Wellbeing: We’ve got your back with EAP, eye tests, flu vouchers, and excellent sick pay if you’re ever unwell
  • Personal Development: We invest in you with tailored training and career growth
  • Employee Referral Scheme: Get rewarded for bringing great talent to our team.
