BM Caterers is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant for a Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30 shift (40 hours). Location: National Grid Substation, Waltham Cross, Essex. You will monitor counters and chillers, maintain cleanliness, and deliver prompt service while following food safety practices.
With Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2, prior customer service experience, and merchandising skills, you will engage confidently with customers and support smooth operation daily.
