Job Title: Food Production Team Member Part Time 16 hours (Weekends)
Reports To: Kitchen Manager
Purpose: Produce food to the highest standard of quality, safety and to correct specification
Principal Accountabilities:
· Preparing food to detailed specification
· Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
· Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
· Always adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
· Complete all SOHO Coffee shops Ltd training to comply with SOHO Coffee shops Ltd policies & procedures
Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:
· Previous experience in kitchens, bakeries, factories, or any other high-volume food production environment
· Professional and Organised
· Educated to reasonable level - completed GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English
· Preferable basic food hygiene qualification
