Job Description

Delivery Driver

Based at our central warehouse, located in Ashville Trading Estate, Cheltenham.

We are seeking a reliable, early morning van Delivery Driver to join our busy SOHO team who has delivery van experience.

You will load and deliver in-house stock to various nation‑wide locations.

We are looking for someone who is highly enthusiastic and punctual, who acts in a professional manner whilst representing the company in our branded vans.

Our vans are mid‑sized Transits & Mercedes.

We are looking for a genuine team player with excellent communication skills to work with their manager, team, and wider business to fulfil our vision of:

We require all our delivery drivers to hold a full UK Drivers licence.

Working with the team, your duties will include

  • Loading and organising stock from the warehouse into your vehicle and unloading and rotating stock on delivery.
  • Deliver in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicle to ensure it remains in good driving condition.
  • Working on your own initiative whilst on delivery runs.

Shifts will vary between Mondays and Sunday, and times can vary between the hours of 00:00 midnight - 10:00am.

Due to the shift times, you will need to ensure you have appropriate transportation to get you to and from site.

You will work 5 out of 7 days.

Our brands are passionate about food, and we pride ourselves on being a food‑led coffee business, where we sell delicious, handmade food alongside our crafted, conscious coffee.

Your care of what and how you look after our stock, is key to contributing to the success of the business.

We ensure that every member of our staff goes through our great internal training prior to any solo delivery duties.
