The Head of Operations is responsible for leading all operational aspects of a growing food retail business. This role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality products, exceptional customer experience, and strong commercial performance across all retail sites. You will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, maintain food safety and compliance standards, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced environment. Line Management responsibilities for Operations Managers, and Facilities Manager. Reporting into COO.
