This role leads both reactive and planned maintenance, drives cost control, and ensures minimal disruption to trading. - Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management across all locations
- Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Ensure timely resolution of reactive issues
- Contractor & Supplier Management
- Manage external contractors and service providers
- Monitor SLAs and ensure value for money
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, and food safety
