Fuller\’s are creators of unique premium pub and hotel experiences.
Our pubs pride themselves on our outstanding cask conditioned ales, delicious food, great wines and exemplary service.
We are acutely aware of the role that traditional pubs play in British culture and their local communities, and work hard to ensure our pubs provide great surroundings and food and drink for all who walk through our doors.
Fuller\’s is family and a place where everyone belongs.
An opportunity has arisen for a People Relations Advisor to join the People Relations Team at our head office in Kew Bridge – we call it our Support Centre.
Joining the team at a time of immense change is an exciting opportunity for the right person.
This is a chance for an ambitious individual to be part of a successful team who thrive on innovative solutions and hard work.
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service, knowledge of employment law and associated policies, strong interpersonal skills, great with IT, data and reporting and be a fantastic team player who isn\’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
They will be confident to work autonomously, driven to make a difference and comfortable with accountability.
Core to their success will be their ability to gain the trust and confidence through legal and pragmatic coaching, communications and training, building on a fair, reasonable and consistent culture that is in line with the company\’s values and heritage.
Instant credibility and industry knowledge are essential, as are strong operational, employee relations and IT skills.
The successful individual will be equally as comfortable presenting to their seniors as they are talking to their team.
Critically this individual must be able to deliver results while embracing Fuller\’s values.
A positive, collaborative approach is a must.
Whilst the role is based at the Support Centre in Chiswick the role allows for some home working and requires occasional site visits, so you must be willing to travel around the estate as required.
