We are recruiting – and as far as care in the community goes, we do things differently. Support at Home are a family run private provider, providing high quality, personalised care for our clients. We match our Support Workers to our clients very carefully. We aim to keep the same Support Workers on the same calls as much as possible. So, when you have a rota you like – we aim to keep it that way. Our emphasis is on developing and maintaining the relationships between our Support Workers and our clients. As an employer of choice – we allow you to choose your working hours!
Job Types:
- Part Time: (less than 25 hours) Choose your availability, include at least one evening and one weekend day. Or, opt for every other weekend.
- Full Time: (more than 25 hours) Choose 5 days of availability - one day should be a weekend or opt for every other weekend with a set day off in the week.
You choose how many hours you want to work each week and we will aim to meet your requirements. We offer Full-Time & Part-Time Contracts of Employment, which guarantee you a fixed number of hours each week. We provide full training to Diploma Level 3, holiday pay, work phone, monthly pay, and travel contribution. No experience necessary – but a kind, caring attitude is essential!
Salary: £12.00 to £14.00 Per Hour (depending on qualification)
