The Waking Night Residential Support Worker will be responsible for ensuring a safe, calm, and nurturing environment for children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs during night-time hours. The role requires constant vigilance, emotional awareness, and a clear understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and legal restrictions, including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) or equivalent frameworks.
