- They’re looking for a motivated Technical Sales Coordinator Apprentice to join the team and build a career in technical sales.
- This is an opportunity to learn about WISKA’s products, develop your customer service and communication skills and gain valuable experience across the sales process.
- You’ll work as part of the sales office, supporting customers and colleagues with technical and commercial activities while developing your understanding of how a successful sales operation works.
- What you'll do
- You’ll be at the heart of the sales team, learning how to understand customers, recommend the right products and turn opportunities into sales. Your role will include:
- - Speaking to customers by phone and email, understanding their requirements and helping them find the right solution
- - Preparing and following up quotations, helping to maximise sales opportunities
- - Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- - Learning WISKA’s products so you can confidently provide technical guidance and recommendations
- - Supporting the sales team with enquiries, orders and day-to-day sales activity
- - Researching products, markets and new technologies to develop your commercial and industry knowledge
- - Working with colleagues across the business to make sure customer requirements are understood and delivered
- - Attending events and exhibitions, giving you the opportunity to meet customers and learn more about the industry

Training and support
- This apprenticeship gives you the chance to earn while you learn, gaining real-world sales experience alongside a recognised industry qualification.
- You’ll study towards the Level 3 Sales Executive apprenticeship, while putting your learning into practice every day at WISKA.
- Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll develop the skills to:
- - Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- - Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- - Communicate confidently with customers
- - Present products and recommend suitable solutions
- - Prepare, manage and follow up sales quotations
- - Use digital tools and systems to support sales activity
- - Develop your negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
- - Understand markets, customers and competitors
- You’ll have support from experienced colleagues at WISKA throughout your apprenticeship, alongside mentoring from a Supplytrain apprenticeship coordinator who will help you settle into your role, check in with you monthly and support you with any issues affecting your work or training.
- - Four-weekly pay
- - 5.6 weeks paid leave per year
- - Mentoring support from a Supplytrain apprenticeship coordinator who will help you settle into your role, check in monthly and be available for any issues or queries that are affecting your work or training
