SupplyGo Education are hiring a mix of Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work on a variety of schedules (Full-Time, Part-Time & day-to-day) in a mix of Primary Schools in and around Swadlincote. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive classroom support to our teachers, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for our students.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of diverse educational activities, tailored to the individual needs of our learners.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to classroom teachers.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and classroom activities.
- Offer one-on-one or small-group support to students who require additional assistance.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of students.
