- Deliver high-quality lessons using teacher-provided plans, or create your own where needed
- Manage classroom behaviour positively and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and school settings
- Support pupils' academic progress and wellbeing
- Follow each school's policies, including safeguarding procedures
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A valid QTS certificate is mandatory for this role., Experience working in schools, particularly primary or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) settings - Confidence adapting your teaching style to different age groups and learning needs
