SupplyGo Education is looking for friendly, committed, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils across a range of primary and SEND environments. We're currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work in Primary, Secondary and SEND schools in and around Northampton. We have a variety of opportunities available - full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day work - so you can choose what suits you best.

This role would be ideal for anyone with experience supporting children or young people, from EYFS right through to KS4. It's also a great stepping stone for those wanting to start or grow a career in education, as no formal qualifications are required. We also welcome applicants from care backgrounds, sports coaching, youth work, community roles, or similar fields - your transferable skills are extremely valuable in the classroom.

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom throughout the school day
  • Helping maintain a positive, safe, and well-structured learning environment
  • Encouraging and motivating students to engage with their lessons
  • Assisting teachers in delivering curriculum-based activities
  • Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop social skills

Relevant training or certificates are welcome but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, patience, and willingness to support pupils' learning.

Full-Time: 08:30am - 3:30pm

Morning Only: 08:30am - 12:30pm

Afternoon Only: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
