As a Teaching Assistant in an Alternative Provision, you will:
- Support students with additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and learning difficulties.
- Help manage behaviour positively, providing a safe and structured environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in alternative provisions, PRUs, SEMH settings, or similar is a bonus – but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference.
- A commitment to excellence in teaching and behaviour management.
- Prior experience supporting classrooms in the UK.
