Role Overview
We urgently require qualified Teaching Assistants and Nursery Practitioners. In order to fulfil the high demand we are looking for Teaching Assistants to support children (many with SEN, many with an EHCP or pending a place at an alternative provision). There are multiple posts available at schools across the Dorset area and surrounding borders. Are you passionate about supporting childrenβs learning and making a difference in their development? Key Responsibilities
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-on-one and group assistance to pupils
- Help create a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Assist with classroom organisation and behaviour management
About You
- Support children with additional learning needs when required
- Experience Working With EYFS/primary-aged Children
- Experience/knowledge of differing needs and SEN
- Patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Able to work effectively as part of a team

Keeping Children Safe in Education
Supply Tree will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. All aspects of social media and internet searches will be conducted. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not be on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
