About the Role
Join Supply Technologies as a Business Development Manager and drive growth across the Midlands. In this highly visible role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and develop strategic sales plans to expand our market presence. What you will be doing:
Drive Growth
- Build, grow and expand new sales pipelines in both existing and emerging markets, leveraging on our competitive advantages in supply chain, global sourcing and technical services.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, developing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive and expand market share and ensure that competitors information is tracked for strategic action plans.
- Build a strategy for growth in the region, driving operational excellence with on-time-delivery and conduct net promoter surveys
Relationship Management
- Collaborate with all branch operation managers to establish a total supply management program (VMI/JIT/Kanban projects) to key strategic customers across the Midlands.
- Align all sales and marketing actions with internal team in Supply Technologies.
- Align with engineering team, formulate and execute product solution strategy, tapping on the latest technology trends and strategic customers demands.
Other Duties
- Undertakes necessary travel to branch / area locations in performing above duties. xgikmsk
