Job Summary:

  • Assist in planning and executing project tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Maintain project schedules and track progress.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on project data.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure they comply with quality standards.
  • Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes.
  • Ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Implementation Manager for Europe, primarily in new business implementations.
  • Ensure excellent customer care from inception to aftercare.
  • Assist the team in understanding the implementation process once new business has been secured.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations.
  • A clean driving license.
  • A background in IT, project management, or a related field is frequently favored.
  • Experience in project coordination and implementation support roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
