A Supply Technologies Branch Manager is a General Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing exceptional customer service and ensuring the branch delivers accretive financial performance to Supply Technologies. Building a rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity, hiring, onboarding & training staff and increasing sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch. The Branch Manager ensures that the branch has all the tools and infrastructure needed to operate safely and successfully. The Branch Manager should strive towards growing the business by building successful, long-term relationships with a key focus on delivering high standards of customer service and upselling. This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager UK South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Development: Manage the customer order book and oversee On-Time Delivery (OTD) ensuring customers receive orders timely and to the highest quality.
  • Meet all customer requirements and resolve any concerns raised by customers.
  • Conduct regular engagements with customers and solicit feedback to review with local staff.
  • Work with customers to solicit new growth opportunities.
