Supply Team Education are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to start work in a secondary school in Newport. This role will be full‑time (8.30am‑4.00pm) and will start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Making and receiving telephone calls in a helpful and professional manner;
  • Directing enquiries to the appropriate person;
  • Monitoring email accounts;
  • Scheduling appointments;
  • Contacting parents, carers and outside agencies as required;
  • Maintaining attendance records;
  • Providing general administrative support to the school staff;
  • Using school systems for visitor sign-in;
  • Being aware of and complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
