This role’s about owning the installation process - start to finish - across the southern region. Managing people, solving problems, making things run smoother than a freshly polished quartz top.

You’ll be the glue between templaters, fitters, ops teams, and customers - making sure the chaos stays organised and the end result looks stunning (and fits perfectly, obviously).

You’ll be leading a team of experienced fitters and templaters - making sure kitchens across the south are installed on time, to spec, and to the high standards expected. It’s part leadership, part project wrangling, part client-whispering.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything from job planning and scheduling to on-site quality checks and post-install sign-offs. And no, we’re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk all day firing off emails. You’ll be out there - solving real-world problems, dealing with people, and making it all work.

You’ll need to know your stuff. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Have solid experience managing kitchen installations - ideally involving stone worktops.
  • Understand how to lead and support fitters & templaters.
  • Know how to juggle schedules, people, customer expectations, and the occasional last-minute curveball.
  • Be confident talking to customers, contractors, and internal teams without sounding like a robot.
  • Experience in stone surfaces helps. So does a calm head, a bit of resilience, and a genuine eye for quality.

What’s in it for you?

  • A solid salary.
  • Company vehicle.
  • Autonomy - you’ll be trusted to make decisions and run things properly.
  • A team that takes pride in their work.
  • Backing from a well-established, fast-growing company that invests in doing things the right way.
