Supply Teach Group Ltd is seeking an experienced SENCO & Alternative Provision Lead for a Derby secondary school on an interim basis for Autumn Term 2026.

The role focuses on shaping SEND provision and leading Alternative Provision for students requiring additional support.

The candidate will provide strategic SEND leadership, oversee assessment and support, and work with staff, parents and external agencies to implement effective strategies.
