We are currently hiring a Delivery Solutions Manager for a high growth business operating in the global ecommerce space, based in London (hybrid working model). This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of delivery solutions across a global network, supporting a broad range of clients. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and reliable cross-border delivery for existing and new customers.
You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, technology partners, and customers to deliver new solutions, improve existing services, and support business growth in a fast-paced international eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery solution design and implementation for cross-border eCommerce clients
- Lead the onboarding and launch of new delivery products, lanes, carriers, and services
- Act as the bridge between commercial, operations, technology, and carrier partners
- Manage delivery-related projects from concept through to live operation
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, service level expectations, and commercial targets
- Identify and mitigate risks related to customs, compliance, capacity, cost, and service performance
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery performance, transit times, and cost efficiency
- Define and maintain delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting
- Support sales and account teams with delivery expertise during client pitches and solution design
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier capabilities, and cross-border regulations
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or delivery solutions within online retail, eCommerce or 3PL environments
- Good understanding of international shipping, last-mile delivery, carriers, and customs processes
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery projects
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, service, and scalability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience working with logistics or eCommerce technology platforms is highly desirable
