We are currently hiring a Delivery Solutions Manager for a high growth business operating in the global ecommerce space, based in London (hybrid working model). This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of delivery solutions across a global network, supporting a broad range of clients. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and reliable cross-border delivery for existing and new customers. You will work closely with internal teams, carriers, technology partners, and customers to deliver new solutions, improve existing services, and support business growth in a fast-paced international eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery solution design and implementation for cross-border eCommerce clients
- Lead the onboarding and launch of new delivery products, lanes, carriers, and services
- Act as the bridge between commercial, operations, technology, and carrier partners
- Manage delivery-related projects from concept through to live operation
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements, service level expectations, and commercial targets
- Identify and mitigate risks related to customs, compliance, capacity, cost, and service performance
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery performance, transit times, and cost efficiency
- Define and maintain delivery governance, KPIs, and reporting
- Support sales and account teams with delivery expertise during client pitches and solution design
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier capabilities, and cross-border regulations
