We are seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and highly committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis with the potential to become permanent, and work collaboratively across primary schools to provide exceptional academic and pastoral support.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Support: Plan and deliver small group interventions and high-quality support tailored to specific learning objectives.
Classroom Partnership: Work closely with the class teacher to prepare learning environments, differentiate curriculum resources, and co-manage classroom activities.
Assessment & Feedback: Monitor, record, and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents to accelerate learning.
Behaviour Management: Promote positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem using proactive, nurturing techniques.
