Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Training Provision in Worcester who require a specialist Outreach Teaching Assistant to join their team and work on site and in the community with a young person. You will initially be required to work through Supply Star Recruitment on a probationary period; however, on successful completion of this period, you will be offered a permanent contract. The provision specifically supports learners with Mental Health Needs and ideally would like to appoint someone with the relevant knowledge of Mental Health Needs. School-based experience is desired but not essential, as the school will consider applicants from similar sectors or applicants who have relevant personal experience. You must have a UK Driving Licence and a clear DBS certificate to be considered for this role. If you do not have a DBS, Supply Star Recruitment can support you in obtaining one. If you have a CV that showcases your experience working in the education sector, care sector, or in a similar capacity, please send it for consideration.
