We are seeking warm, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly nursery clients in and around Birmingham this academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a nurturing, play-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)
  • DBS Certificate
  • Has a sound understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Is caring, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Communicates confidently with children and adults
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

If you qualified after September 2014, you will need to have Grade C or Level 2 Functional Skills in English.
