Supply Teacher in West Bromwich

We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our pool of cover staff, providing high-quality teaching across the school when regular class teachers are absent.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into different classrooms as needed, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment. Work will usually be pre-prepared, and you’ll be supported by experienced teaching assistants and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with school policies and curriculum
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
• Manage pupil behaviour effectively
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Communicate effectively with staff about pupil progress or concerns

About You

• Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (flexibility an advantage)
• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Committed to supporting every child\’s learning and wellbeing
• A team player who shares our school values
