Location: Telford
Hours: Full‑time / Part‑time / Flexible hours available, Monday to Friday.
Salary
Level 2 with a valid PFA certificate: £14.25 per hour (PAYE).
Level 3 with a valid PFA certificate: £15.00 per hour (PAYE).
Level 2 & Level 3 with a valid PFA: £16.88 per hour (Umbrella).

- Inspire learning: support the nursery team to deliver creative, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Paediatric First Aid Qualification (if qualified after 30 June 2016). English GCSE grade C/4+ (if qualified after 2014).
Experience: Previous experience working within an early years setting is highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes
- Good understanding of child development, safeguarding practices, and the EYFS framework.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and caring nature with excellent communication skills.
