Supply Star Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our high achieving secondary school client, located in attractive rural surroundings who are looking for an Unqualified Teacher or Cover/Classroom Supervisor.
Whilst you do not need to have QTS, to be considered for this role you must have UK Classroom experience.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor or Classroom Supervisor, you will
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Ensure pupils remain focused and complete the work set.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student engagement.
